Dropped off a patient with severe spine issues because she can't drive and lost her job as a result of it so she's on medicaid. Shes been attending appointments for 4 weeks and they claim they wont' accept her SIGNED PATIENT agreement form that they've had for a MONTH and shes attended half of her appointments. She was told in the middle of the waiting area they are refusing to treat her based on someone in "LEGAL". Honestly one of the worst healthcare experiences AND services i’ve ever had. They “couldn’t find” my claim number for workers compensation, which was given to them at the very beginning of when I scheduled my appointment, which was a month out. Not even 24 hours before my visit, they had to cancel my appointment due to not being able to find the claim number I provided to them.
