Dr Maccallum and the front end team have all gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service with every visit!
These people at this location do not respect the ADA law. I was made to take my service dog out and leave him in the vehicle while I was seen, just cause I did not carry my paperwork on me. They also requested proof of registration for him that he's a service dog, and as we all know there is no legit service dog registration system, only scams. I ended up having an episode without my dog, that he could have alerted me to if he'd been there. If I wasn't 31 weeks pregnant I would have walked out and not been seen at that locat... read more
