I'm a military veteran that owns a small local business. I did a few jobs for this company. They did not pay for any of the services and owe us $2724.42. There were no complaints about our service from them, in case they attempt to go that route now. They stopped answering calls. Is this the level of service you would want as a customer. Think about that when considering them for service.
We just added a room and they knocked it out of the park again! They’ve been exceptional both times we’ve used them. Great craftsmanship and great customer service! Thank you guys, we truly appreciate you!
I have worked with greg for over 10 years, and he is an incredible craftsman and a great man He not only supplies incredible floors at competitive prices, but he always stands behind his work and even when we have damaged floors during construction, Greg has always repaired them without gouging us, with excellence. Cannot give this company anything better than a one star review. They took my money and ran. Failed to deliver all of the product ordered and repeatedly failed to respond to entreaties for customer service. From my experience, this company....and specifically, Susan Thompson, cannot be trusted. AVOID!
