Price was fine, felt lied to about security deposit, no problem I guess forfeiting that to get out of there was cool. Charged a 100 something cleaning fee upon moving out, even though we were thanked and told they had never seen a unit left that clean, and again, whatever just paid it. Started getting collections notices for that fee I paid immediately, called the office and was told it was standard procedure to turn you in to collections.
