Whoever is driving the BMW X5 promoting your business needs to be taken off the road immediately. Older white male (mid-late 50’s or 60’s), bald, white/grey goatee facial hair. He was driving like an absolute maniac and almost caused an accident. The car had a circled 8 in the top left corner of the back window so I can only assume it’s a company car. Looking at the other reviews I doubt the manager will even care to see this but others should be warned that 1800Thompson hires inadequate drivers.

For a very long time, like 20 years, I thought very highly of the Thompson Toyota mechanics/technicians. However, and only over the past couple of years, I feel that the service team has become quite sloppy. I have had multiple annoyingly poor experiences that I will not relate here. I'm now beginning to look for an independent mechanic.
