I had a great experience with Thompson Floors polishing the slab floor in my ADU. Quality of work and communication were great and the price was fair. I am very happy with the results.
Thompson Floor Services did an outstanding job with our polished slab on grade floor. Their quotes were a good price, they provided detailed information about the products they recommended for the job, they were prompt with their services, and they responded to our follow-up questions quickly and thoroughly. We enjoyed our interactions and we highly recommend them.
We hired Thompson Floor Services to help level and finish the concrete floors in our basement prior to wood flooring installation. Jason was extremely easy to work with, pricing was fair, and his crew was super efficient, tidy, and did a fabulous job on the project. If we ever need more floor work done, we will absolutely be in touch.
Thompson Floor was all scheduled to to do a $5000.00 job at my employment and three days after meeting with Jason the owner the company never showed up for the job. We have not herd from Thompson Floor and they have not returned any email, office phone message or cell phone messages we have left. You have know idea the work we had to do to prep for them to come and then when they did not show it was disappointing. Thompson Floor did a fantastic job of grinding and smoothing my uneven old concrete floor and did it for a very reasonable price. Even better, the work was completely dust free.
