I have had my carpets professionally cleaned every year for about 10 yrs now. I was aware Thompsons charged per square foot and I explained to them I only wanted high traffic areas cleaned thinking they would consider this when charging me. I was charged over $100 more than what I have ever paid with other carpet cleaning service who came from out of town and my house smells like a wet dog. Wouldn't recommend them for carpet cleaning.
