Changed from 5 star to zero but not possible. Thompson submitted care plan to my dental insurance after six month delay. Received an EOB from dental stating services requested were covered no co-pay. Yet Thompson charged me $279, which I stupidly paid. Called dental insurance; insurance said I should not be charged; dental called Thompson while I was on phone;Thompson was unable to tell my insurance why I was charged; office manager was to call me.
