Thompson Family Dentistry has been incredible with us. They are kind, courteous, and always helpful when we need. They make us feel comfortable and always able to fit us in as soon as possible when needed at the last minute. They go above and beyond to make our visits the best! We love the atmosphere and family expierence, we wouldn't go anywhere else.
Giving 2 stars because Dr. Thompson is nice, but the front desk does not inform patients on their insurance policy. When I made the appointment, they took my insurance down and said they accepted it, and then at the time of the appointment we were given a statement to pay what insurance didn't, so we paid at the appointment. A few months later we get a large bill and I called and was informed Thompson Family Dentistry is OON for all insurance carriers. Lisa and Colleen and the rest of the staff are professional and efficient.
Great staff to work with. Everyone is very professional, personable, and they really care about my dental health. They also do not try to oversell anything and are straight forward with me. I appreciate that.
