I called Larry about an electrical issue I was having in the kitchen after work.He answered abd came right over to look at it. He was able to troubleshoot and fix. I highly recommend Thompson electrical to anyone needing electrical work done.
Larry rewired my house and said there was a guarantee on services. He set up an outlet next to my only window that can fit an AC unit. Because of the location I cannot open the window. He has been unresponsive for months and I can see the the iMessage texts are going through. Extremely unprofessional. Also when the electric was redone he would just not show up with no call or warning. Left me hanging with awful communication so many times. Could not be more satisfied. Contracted Larry and Travis for a project to wire 240V to connect a commercial freezer in my garage. Larry and Travis came out the next day and completed the project in under 4 hours. And when we noticed the cord to the machine had the wires compromised, they even fixed that. Extremely happy and highly recommended!
