Alex and his team were simply amazing through and through, from start to finish. We had a new heat pump water system, 3 A/C split systems, and a big solar panel system installed, and it really only took them 2.5 days to get everything done, somehow without disrupting the flow of our household much at all! Alex was referred to us by a friend, he and his team have been a delight to deal with, from the installation of the solar panels and setting it up for us, we have been extremely happy and have had a very positive experience from start to finish and even better have cheaper to no electricity bills thanks to his expertise on the number of panels we needed. We are so pleased with whole process Alex provided from the start to finish. We were always kept informed and provided information on the next steps with external authorities. Even the electrical inspector when they came to check on the instillation said how neat and tidy the electrical work was Alex still provides a personalized service to this day which was unexpected but very welcome.
For the past 18 months we have been operating a 10Kw solar system and 10Kwh battery installed by Thompsons Solar Solutions. From first contact to final sign off we have delt with Alex and his crew and can highly recommend them if you are looking for a Solar solution. Alex designed our system, quoted a very competitive price and arranged paperwork and answered all our questions, which were many. A pleasure to deal with.
