We have just gone “all electric” with Thompsons. The service they provide is outstanding from the initial consultation with Alex to the installation of solar panel, heat pump, 2x split systems, cooktop and range hood. The team of tradesmen were polite, competent and respected ourselves and our home. They also cleaned up and removed all “rubbish” at the end of the day. UNREAL SERVICE, VERY FRIENDY
We had a great experience using Thompson Electrical Solutions to install two new split systems, one in a second storey bedroom and the other in a study. Both needed some creative problem-solving due to the challenging locations and Alex came up with great solutions and completed them with a minimum of fuss. Alex and his team are very professional, helpful, friendly, reliable and great communicators - excellent to deal with every step of the way, and nothing is too much trouble. We highly recommend them.
Our experience with Thompson Electrical has been fantastic. From start to finish we were kept in the loop and had all of our questions answered. Stacey in the office kept us up to speed on dates and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting. We had a fair bit of work done including air cons installed. This was my second solar installation, and by far the best! Alex takes great care in the design of the system, and must keep abreast of a quickly changing environment, both regulatory and new productss. I can highly recommend the firms excellent services and careful and high quality installation. Alex also took care to re-organise a previous installation to deliver the best benefits.
