Friendly receptionist but the work is awful! Took my car to get a scratch touched up and bumper scruff removed. I was told they would do all that and even run the car through the car wash (which is righ on site). When I picked up the car it took forever for them to actually show up. When I got to the car it was dirtier than when I dropped it off...clearly not cleaned. I took my sons aftermarket wheels here to have some curb rash repaired. 3 days later I rcvd the call to come pick them up . They were repaired to PERFECTION!!! The gentleman I spoke with “Chris” was fantastic and he made sure that the “extremely difficult to match” paint turned out to be “SPOT ON “. There were other wheel repair shops on Bucks County, however I as SO GLAD I chose Thompson Detail Center. There was absolutely NO DISAPPOINTMENT at all with the quality of work !!
I recently had my new truck windows tinted here. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for any of there services. Ben took care of me and was able to complete exactly what I wanted with both the front and back windows. On top of that he provided me with some window care instructions to keep the tint lasting. 10/10 would use again
Took my BMW in on Wednesday to get my front windows tinted. When I made the appointment I was told I could possibly be there 1.5 hours because I was waiting for it. What a surprise when I I wasn’t even there an hour and was told it was done! The job was done perfectly! Trust that your car is in good hands here! Talented, skilled, and very professional! Out of 5 stars I give 20! Will definitely go back! Thank you!
