Matt and Keith are just great guys. Have been taking our cars to Thompson Detail for years. The techs are magicians. Tracey is also wonderful with whom to work. Had another great experience at Thompson Detail. Spilled a quart of cream of mushroom soup down through the vent under neath the driver’s seat. Zach and his team were great. They worked very hard at getting rid of the terrible smell. Picked up my X5 today and you would not know anything happened. Also had an exterior wax. Vehicle looks and smells great. Friendly receptionist but the work is awful! Took my car to get a scratch touched up and bumper scruff removed. I was told they would do all that and even run the car through the car wash (which is righ on site). When I picked up the car it took forever for them to actually show up. When I got to the car it was dirtier than when I dropped it off...clearly not cleaned. To their credit they got the scruff out but the touch up looked like a two year old did it with whiteout honestly anyone could have done a better job. It reall... read more

I took my sons aftermarket wheels here to have some curb rash repaired. 3 days later I rcvd the call to come pick them up . They were repaired to PERFECTION!!! The gentleman I spoke with “Chris” was fantastic and he made sure that the “extremely difficult to match” paint turned out to be “SPOT ON “. There were other wheel repair shops on Bucks County, however I as SO GLAD I chose Thompson Detail Center. There was absolutely NO DISAPPOINTMENT at all with the quality of work !!
