This is an amazing practice! There are a lot of dentists in Austin but Dr. Thompson really is the best around and does high quality work. You can tell that she really cares about her patients and prioritizes their comfort. Nothing is rushed- she takes time to explain everything, answer questions, and makes sure it is done perfectly the first time. Terrible service and very unfriendly receptionist. I called Monday to book an appointment. I spoke to Ashley who booked it for the following Thursday. We showed up to find it was never booked. The receptionist blamed her computer. Very unprofessional! Reply: Dr. Thompson thank you for your response. I'm pleased you will address this issue.
