My husband called June 4 to report that we have a window that broke and needs to be repaired. Here it is a week later and haven't heard a thing from your company. Our window is partially open during this heat wave.
The crew was on time, efficient and very courteous and thorough. The clean up inside and out was also very good. I could not tell that anyone had even been here. I would highly recommend them.
Update: Removing a star. They then added a response to my review asking for contact info (search your system for Mark Murch as the mailer was mislabled) and then removed it before I saw it. However, I had an email (attached) from Google that documented it. You guys are just being weird... Sent me a mailer yesterday saying I could get a gift card for a quote. I was genuinely interested.
