Update: Removing a star. They then added a response to my review asking for contact info (search your system for Mark Murch as the mailer was mislabled) and then removed it before I saw it. Sent me a mailer yesterday saying I could get a gift card for a quote. I was genuinely interested. I called the number on the mailer and the local line but both led me to someone saying there is no longer a Raleigh office. Weird to leave your Google account active with hours and advertise after closing.
Thompson creek was very professional, their guys came in and completed work very efficiently and gave a tutorial of how things worked I am very happy with the results. Thanks guys
We had three sets of large windows installed by Thompson Creek two years ago. One of the window panes developed some fogginess at below freezing weather conditions. We asked them to perform an evaluation. Nickolaos Panagiotidis and Kelvin were here today. Because warmer condition at about noon, the fogginess can not be observed from the inside house. Nickolaos was extremely skillful and was able to observe the condensation residuals from outside the house by inspecting the sunlight reflection from the window. We'd like to ap... read more
