It was my first experience at Thompson and Co., and it was a very pleasant experience. Hannah was very sweet, professional, and did a great job in trimming my hair! I would highly recommend her!
*See updates at the end* I asked for a long shag cut, continuing the cuts I had been getting for the past year at another salon, in another state. I showed pictures and I thought I had communicated adequately, but apparently not, as I walked out with a medium length bob. I'm not happy with this cut as it doesn't look good and is not what I had asked for. The techician still got a 20% tip, she seemed very sweet and did a wonderful head scrub when shampooing.
