Location-wise, this hotel is fantastic if you’re into shopping. It’s around the Gold Coast area, surrounded by a ton of luxury stores like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Balenciaga, Lululemon, etc. My partner absolutely loved the location just for that reason. It’s also within walking distance to the Magnificent Mile, and about a 20–25 minute walk to the Chicago River. Experience was great, would have been a 5/5 if the description of the two queen beds room reflected to say it did not have a sofa. (There were 3 of us, we made it work, but still)

Very disappointed in this hotel. Refrigerator in room was not cold. We spoke to the front desk asking if our refrigerator was perhaps not working, we were told they were all set at the same warm temperature and could not be set to a lower temperature. Shower leaked into the bathroom floor and the bathroom sink would drain only if you took the drain top completely off. We will not be staying here again.
