I would like to give a shout out to Jesus Bernal he was so helpful to me and my husband we was looking for the right car he came to us and he was very kind and he did not push us into buying anything he was so kind and took great care of us so go see him he is the best salesman and a big thanks to him I got the car I wanted and I love it
We had Great experience; everyone was very friendly and Kyle our salesman was really nice to work with, he did a great job. I would definitely recommend Thompson Chevrolet Buick GMC. There is something to say about a small-town family-owned dealership!
I dropped my car off for 7000 mile maintenance, plus to get a couple things checked out, including the window seal, which air seems to come through while driving. I didn't get an update on Friday, drop off day, then on Monday was told it was ready. On Tuesday when I picked up there was no resolution to the window seal or an estimated time frame. The car was not washed, and not updated. Not to mention all settings gs seemed to be reset.
Excellent customer service, great Service Dept under Ciro, Svc Mgr. Thank you for all of your hard work.
