My husband had a 9:40 appointment today Friday 13, 2025. He was called in the back by one of the nurses around 10:40 just to ask him questions. We went back to the waiting room to be called in the back at 11:00 we left at 11:15 WITHOUT being seen by the doctor. We know emergency happens but communication means a lot. Common courtesy.
Sat there for 38 mins and lady didn't even check the checkin clipboard. Watched me fill out clipboard and was too busy talking and playing on her phone to do her job
