07-22-2025 This review is based on a negative experience to have a key made at the service department. In an attempt to get a key cut for my Malibu, I caught #2 GoRaleigh, with folder of documentation to show validation as owner of a Malibu just to get an ignition key cut. Upon arrival, I was shown where the service department is located to get a key made for my Malibu. I supplied ALL documentation to show I am the owner.
