So many great selections and wonderful staff. My wife and I have been here several times to look over different options of stones, and to say we're overwhelmed with options is an understatement
Staff is rude and they are not knowledgeable about what products they sell. We waited an hour for a sample and when I walked up to see what was taking so long, they did not remember why I was waiting and told me they were with other customers. Terrible customer service! They were completely unhelpful! I actually had to call the marketing director and complain. He directed me to another store.
Good products , it OMG, the female staff are just so unhelpful, I’ve had a few encounters and they could care less about helping. Not sure what their problem is. Probably won’t shop there again .
