Nice vibe and view. 10 out of 10 do recommend.
Only went to the rooftop bar but the service there was amazing. Tessarae has great bartenders and the best view.
Terrible service from the start. I was traveling with two young children and booked this stay through Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts as a Hyatt member, expecting professionalism and care Ive enjoyed especially at other Thompson properties. Instead, I experienced some of the worst service I’ve had at a Hyatt property. The front desk agent was unbelievably rude and dismissive she didn’t explain our Amex benefits, brushed off questions, and even told us about a room upgrade we “didn’t qualify for,” which was unnecessary and unprofe... read more
