Loren came out and gave me a price to do a job, which I agreed to. He even commented on work that I had done myself. After a week, I rang him up to find out status. He was still waiting on his crew to get back to him. It's now been 3 more weeks and quite a few call attempts later (they go to a full voice mailbox) and no reply. And my wife wonders why I don't want to hire some jobs out.
They do a good job. Family and locally owned business.
