Made an appointment and then went to cancel and they charged me $100 for canceling.

Excellent service
We had a leak in our home over the weekend and the first plumbing company told us it was our main water line so they turned our water off at the street and left. We couldn't get them to come back out and we still had water actively leaking. So the next day we called 10 different plumbers and nobody was willing to come out until the next week and we couldnt wait a week with the leak.
