My 92 year-old mother bathroom plumbing was not working. Thompson came out on Saturday at 7pm. They were very courteous, knew exactly what they were doing. They stayed until it was done and made sure it was working properly. It was a breath of fresh air because the 2st company let her set all day waiting on them.
