We’ve been your customer for several years, going back to when you installed the plumbing in our home. Basic service calls were always handled well. But the water knocking issue we’ve had for about a year now still isn’t fixed after 4 visits. Each time we were charged, but no one tested the fix before leaving, and the problem came right back. We only got a response when we called again ourselves. On top of that, we were charged for unrelated cosmetic things like a loose bidet handle instead of the main issue being resolved. ... read more

Justin and Brandon came out to fix a clogged drain in our bathroom and did an excellent job. While they were here, I asked if they could also install a new faucet, and they happily agreed without any hassle. Two fantastic techs—two thumbs up! The total cost was just $228.

I have used this company more than once. I have delt with several of their employees and they are all great to deal with. Office staff is great as well. About to call them again.
