Great service!!! Honest, Professional. Clogged main sewer drain resolved. 2 new toilets installed. Superb job at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!
I had a "cousin Eddie "septic system moment on the weekend at my house recently. I called Thompson Brothers and they had someone at my house within the hour and the problem was solved within two hours. The service provider was courteous and explained the repairs needed. I highly recommend Thompson Brothers for any and all plumbing needs.
BUYER BEWARE: If there was an opportunity to give a negative star rating I would. Thompson Brothers installed plumbing on our new construction home 2 years ago. We've had MULTIPLE issues since related to plumbing (leaking faucets, not correctly winterizing plumbing in garage that lead to pipes bursting, etc.). The reason for this review is due to this company's lack of accountability of faulty installation/parts on our sump pump that resulted in 6" of water flooding our entire basement.
