Let me start this off with saying .. my salesman Marcus was hands down great! No issues there. However their management is horrible . I bought a truck in May and decided to trade it a few weeks later . To this day I’m still waiting for a Gap insurance refund. It started with …. “ we will give you a check in a couple weeks .” Couple weeks go by .” Hey if you haven’t heard from us in two more weeks we will call you. I bought a new GMC Terrain with Jace Brinkley. He was great to work with and made the process super easy. Anthony Jesse also made the ordeal way less stressful. Also, shoutout to Chris in finance and Chance for answering questions regarding the military verification. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience. I recently purchased a 2022 GMC 2500 Denali from Thompson Sales. The customer service was outstanding. Jace and Tito were very attentive and helpful, answering all my questions and concerns in getting me into the vehicle that best suited my needs.
