I switched from the Fort Washington BMW dealership because of unprofessional and unacceptable service center performance. Great decision. Thompson BMW is the solution to that situation.
This would be a ZERO star review if possible. I have now had approximately 8 interactions with this service department over 3 years…with NONE of them even coming close to acceptable from a customer service perspective. (see my previous review of Thompson BMW). There has been no improvement. STRONGLY recommend you AVOID this dealership’s service department. MAIN LINE BMW’s service department is profoundly superior all around….they will have my business moving forward. A luxury car brand require luxury level customer service.
