The Service Center provides great friendly service. The only downfall I've found to be upsetting is that they don't return phone calls when messages are left asking for an updates on my vehicle.
Owning Cars can be stressful especially when it comes to maintenance. My Bimmer is my pride and joy and If I am going to trust anyone with it it’s these folks. Customer service 10/10. Punctuality 10/10. Corporate 10/10
They've been doing a great job on my last few BMWs. Friendly people, and decent prices (for BMW anyway...). My last loaner car was brand new, and the shop did an excellent job on my repairs and inspections. Would definitely recommend them over other BMW shops in the area.
Dan is the one of the worst service advisors in this facility. This man will sell you services you absolutely don’t need. And expect no accountability for his actions from this facility - at all.
I recently visited BMW of Doylestown for a vehicle inspection and was very impressed with the experience. The staff was extremely nice, courteous, and professional, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The facility itself was spotless and well organized, which really reflects the pride they take in their work.
