I have BMW Ultimate Care Oil Services package (prepaid oil change service), and it is a joy to come here and get my convertible serviced. They check over the car when changing oil and the car comes back vacuumed and washed! I also get a free rental car while serviced! Under warranty I had my retractable top motor replaced and itstil works!
We had a large screw in our tire on a Saturday morning less than 24 hours prior leaving for OBX for vacation. BMW took care of us right away and did an oil change too. We can’t thank them enough. 100% fantastic service.
nothing special. come in , switch car , come back switch car. EASY! FAST! PROFESSIONAL!
Always 5 star service at Thompson Service. Levi is always a pleasure to work with and his passion for BMW shines through his work!!
