We wouldn't have bought our new Buick Enclave from anyone but Patrick Old. Professional and honest, he took excellent care of us through the process.
Bought a 2023 Ford F150 last Saturday, drove it Sunday. It went to the the shop Monday. Needs rear differential overhaul, Wheelbearings. We heard the humming noise coming from the rear end during the test drive and was assured it was the "tires". Took to Ford dealership, Don Vance, they were happy to quickly diagnose and help with this issue. Truck will be in the shop for 2 weeks, Very Frustrating! Great experience! Every person we dealt with was top notch. Very friendly, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to treat us like we mattered! Would highly recommend this dealership.
