Very nice helpful customer service
Not a great experience from a dealership that is supposed to have a high reputation. We inquired about a vehicle that we had saved on Cars.com. It was listed in December. The first day we inquired we asked questions about the vehicle and had a plan to come see it approximately a week later. Communications were sporadic and some of our questions never got answered. Eric Simon has always taken care of myself and my family. Product aside, the reason I do business with Thompson GMC is for the customer service. Troy Thompson and the rest of the staff have been amazing. Update: A unique situation got me back to Thompson’s for another purchase. Eric Simon was great.
