As a former employee please understand the things I am about to say. I absolutely do not recommend anyone work here or take their pets here. I had only been an employee for the last 3 months and in that time I have seen Dr. Thompson step on his 4 month old puppy's foot to MAKE her sit down, jerk a diabetic dog's head to "make her listen" (his exact words), and jerk a dog's head that was in a muzzle, so hard that the muzzle broke.
