Hate leaving a bad review for a professional but at my limit now. I could overlook losing a temporary crown twice and then losing a permanent crown once that they placed. I could overlook the very old tired 1950s building that has not been renovated in decades. I can overlook the very difficult narrow parking in the back of the building. I saw her several yrs ago needing an extraction as my insurance wouldn't cover saving the tooth. She didn't warn me before doing anything to me & no sedation was offered. She was so brutal in removing this tooth w/ actually half climbing on me, that to this day I actually still have such anxiety over extractions that I have to be put under General anesthesia for it! I will never let her touch me again!
After spending a three hour procedure with Dr Thompson, I reflected what a calm, considerate, and competent professional she was, and surrounded by an outstanding staff.
This was The best experience I have ever had they’re very gentle kind and you can tell she cares in what she does . I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great experience at a dentist I highly recommend the whole office is pleasant .
