Listen these ladies at Toyota rental department are unmatched, the sweetest, kindest, most professional women I know….. They know their jobs and they make my entire life easier when I’m in town! Such a blessing to feel welcomed and appreciated when you walk into a huge establishment such as Toyota! Also the shuttle guy is a blessing and such a respectable young man! When I’m ready to purchase my pickup truck or whatever, I’m for sure buying from Toyota because of the top notch service I get consistently !

Their employee, Jordan, helped me schedule my rental. She was super kind and helpful! Jordan was more than happy to answer any of my questions and made my experience nice and easy. When i returned the car, there was a different woman at the desk whose name I didn't catch, but she was also really nice and friendly :) The car i rented was nice and clean. The only reason im giving a star is to be able to leave this review. I rented a car from them for 2 weeks so they made some money off of me. When I returned my car they did the inspection and claimed they could smell a faint smell of cigarette smoke and seen a ash on the door. I never smoked in the vehicle but they lied and made an extra 150$. I will never rent from them again. Its one thing to do something wrong and get caught you should own up to it and I would've. They are nice at first,but I’ve seen them on the phone with the customers on the phone rude as can be, very nasty attitudes, not properly training the girls, always has a new girl working there, they are so so nasty towards a customer. If they have bad attitudes why should they even be working there honestly if they provide the rudest customer service for rentals to the customer or even on the phone. Makes people not won’t to come check out a rental.
