They are nice at first,but I’ve seen them on the phone with the customers on the phone rude as can be, very nasty attitudes, not properly training the girls, always has a new girl working there, they are so so nasty towards a customer. If they have bad attitudes why should they even be working there honestly if they provide the rudest customer service for rentals to the customer or even on the phone. Makes people not won’t to come check out a rental.
