This store is perfectly fine to deal with. The problems that occur are due to shipping issues beyond their control. They always make it right.

We bought a media center during Covid which took some time to be delivered but they constantly kept us up to date as to status. It was certainly worth the wait as well as the value received. We recently bought a couch and our salesman, Steve, was very patient and took a great deal of time answering our questions. As well, I have found that everyone at this store is nothing but pleasant and I would certainly recommend them for any furniture needs. A class act of an organization.

The delivery was late and my gold hoops which still had price tag on them disappeared with the delivery men the manager almost cursed me out and stated if you tell anyone else this story we’ll sue you. Avoid this business at all costs.

This is my first time I ever posted on the actual site of a company with a complaint as usually the company customer service deals directly with me to resolve my issues. I even advised Thomasville that I do not want to complain online and prefer to address issues directly with the company. The quality of the dining set I purchased was Not to the standards of Thomasville furniture I purchased in the past. The customer service is poor. No one calls back and all correspondence is by text.
