When we moved here in 2020, I did not know anyone at this bank, but it was where my grand daughter banked and so she introduced me to Holly, from there I met pretty much everyone who works there. A yr later I lost my husband and DeAngela, was there for me. I was so lost and these beautiful people were my support team. I love TNB the employees are always happy and very knowledgeable about their business.
Very unprofessional and very rude customer service. Don’t dare to get there 5 minutes till close because they will complain like it’s apart of there job. The clerk that was attending me was very nice and professional but clerk beside her was very rude and mean to the customer, very disappointed.
