I lived at the Thomasville for almost 2 years and if I hadn't had to move out of state for school, I would have continued living there for longer! (I wish the staff owned my current complex tbh) Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner for me and they always clearly communicated the plan and timeline if they didn't have the parts to fix it. Shannon and Sam are amazing at answering my questions no matter how difficult I can be and Slaven and Reese have been on the ball literally the next day if not the same day depending when I put my maintenance request in! 10/10 would recommend if you stay here you will be taken care of it’s like a family!
I’ve had a great experience at Thomasville! The office staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional they make communication easy and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is top-notch as well! Extremely prompt, efficient, and respectful every time they come by. A big shoutout to the bartenders at the pool area they always bring great energy, make excellent drinks, and help create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
