Not a resident, but someone who had a great experience with Thomasville while looking for a new place to live! I booked for a tour of the complex and just within a few hours Samantha got back to me! She was super friendly and gave me extremely detailed information on the units I was interested in!! For personal reasons this complex is not for me as there’s no in-unit washer in dryer, but Samantha was very helpful in helping me figure that out and saved me some time and effort!!! Some of the most friendly people I have ever met up there great staff maintenance crew and tenets
We lived here for a year but decided within a month of moving in that we wouldn’t be renewing our lease. They list “smoke free buildings” as one of their amenities, but smoking is allowed in apartments. They were not forthcoming about this and we found out after we moved in. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, just a small window to help with ventilation. Even with the window, we consistently had mold in our apartment; there was mold present on the day we moved in.
