I just moved into Thomasville apartments and honestly so far my experience has been amazing. The office staff is so friendly and any small problems that I have ran into or questions I’ve had they have been on it so quick. I can’t speak to long-term experience here, but the staff is so friendly and the move in process was very smooth with them!
Firstly, just probably do not rent from here. Wanted to firstly add that Thomasville has remedied the problem - the bug problem but here is the deal - this unit and a lot of Thomasville seem to be falling apart. The bones do not seem good. We have had flooding TWICE now in our unit in the span of a couple months. Management has been quick to repaint, clean the carpet, and replace a couple baseboards (this is questionable I think they just repainted over the moldy ones). But this is getting to be ridiculous. I’ve lived at these apartments since 2018 and have thoroughly enjoyed it here! The front desk staff and maintenance are always incredibly warm, helpful, and kind! Recently maintenance went above and beyond to help add some personal touches to my apartment and even assisted with the clean up after. You also can’t beat the perks and amenities. I’m really grateful to be at such a lovely apartment complex.
