I absolutely love Thomasville the office staff is always super friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff does a wonderful job keeping everything clean and neat. I definitely would recommend!
My husband and I lived in an apartment here for just over a year. It was a wonderful place to stay! I believe we were in one of the more updated units, so the appliances were newer, the carpet was in good condition, and the price was also very affordable. Called regarding an inquiry for an apartment. The leasing person was very rude and horrible first impression. I live in another Broadmoor complex and was recommend these apartments. I asked to be added to the wait list and she started rambling about how it’s “first come first serve” and “nothing is guaranteed” which is understandable and I’m not dumb I know how a wait list works.
