This place has mice and management cant seem to get rid of them. They make excuses all the time its cold, no one else has complained etc.
What a nightmare! Im freezing, windows are drafty, they wont fix the heat. Manager is two-faced and gossips about everyone. They take forever to come and fix, only one maintainence guy. Doesnt work on the weekends. Cupboards and framing is all beat up. They put money into unnecessary things and dont take care of the important things, then they tell you that they dont have enough money in the budget.
I will never live in Thomasville again. The buildings are very old and not up to date. Neighbors have been told there were only a few break ins a year, the police reports got pulled and there have been 22 car break ins since the first of the year. The buildings have terrible insulation and there is a huge spider problem. There are rude neighbors that management says nothing about. The parking lots were re paved and they are very hilly still. Ive lived at Thomasville for almost a year now, and LOVE IT. When I first saw the apartment I rented I wasnt sure if Id made the right decision because it seemed a little small... but as soon as I moved my stuff in I couldnt believe how spacious the apartments really are. The set up is very cute! I have a 1 bedroom, and there is plenty of room for all of my stuff, and then some! Lots of storage closets and I love that I can easily walk right out my door to my garage. Avoid renting from Lang Nelson They are a bad landlord. They drill their residents for names of others to live there and most of the residents hate Lang Nelson. Watch out for this one its a really poor mangement company That dont treat employees or staff members or their resident nice at all.Believe this is one company you need to avoid here at Anthoony James or any other units.
Im one of the resident in cedarwood apartment my name is Haragay i realy like the place but i dont like the management or their rule, within one months i paid close to \$400 for punishment. I was expecting to care us and respect us but no more that expactation.Im an student and i life there about a year i never saw home like that they trying to make money by any mean they can get.
