I absolutely love going into this store. Everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable. I am a regular who brings my dog in for a little outing and a new toy. The staff is super polite and very helpful. When my vet wanted to pump my dog up with a bunch of medications your staff put me on the right road to better nutrition for my dog without all the medications. For that and a whole lot more I am very grateful.
I just visited the Thomaston store. Every time that I have been there the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and to recommend good products for my puppy. I am happy to give my business to such nice people.

I went into the Cheshire store today as I happen to be in the area but usually go to the Thomaston location as it is closer to where I live..I just needed to pick up my regular wet dog food and decided to ask a question about the different brands and ingredients that may affect my pet. I ended up chatting with the wonderful young ladies who work there..They educated me on what foods would work best and why! I was surprised at what I learned and how informed they were! I went to Thomaston Feed to get some puppy food with our new little boy Mugsy. Mark was so helpful! He gave Mugsy an awesome treat (which he loved) and helped me pick the best food for him. We will definitely be back for more treats and a visit soon!
