I've been going to Thomaston Feed for approximately ten years now. During this time I have found Mark's education in nutrition to be invaluable. He has always taken the time to consult with me about my greyhounds and have been unbelievably generous and supportive to the greyhound rescue group I work with. A masters degree in nutrition is something to be appreciated in the owner of a holistic feed store.
I posted this to their page but wanted to share it here.... Everyone who owns a dog owes it to them to stop in and shop the store(s). I have never been so satisfied with their knowledge of their foods, My dog Noel had a difficult time with the food she on when we rescued her from ARF. Mark and Jerry listened to me as I explained what was going on with her and they suggested a food for her. Within 2 days she had awesome poops! Her coat became soft and shiny after about 3 weeks. Today was my first visit to Thomaston Feed, I am the Assistant Animal Control Officer for the town of Thomaston. I've been meaning to stop in to introduce myself and today on my way to the pound I finally got a chance. I have to say I was welcomed by Mark and his staff as if I had been a friend and customer for years!!! His store is well organized and his selection and prices can't be beat! Holistic pet food will always be more expensive than your grocery store low end food. Thomaston Feed is my one stop shop for my 3 dogs. Everything they have is cheeper than you can find anywhere, including online wholesale! Thanks Thomaston Feed. And theyre great because they dont have to bash other businesses in the area to make themselves feel/look better. They provide quality products at the best rate around and also have a Frequent Buyer program to get a free bag every 12th! Thank You for being awesome!

Mark & his staff are a true blessing. We went through so many different types of dog foods & so many different types of skin problems with them. Someone told us about Mark & he put both of our babies on raw & it is such a difference and a blessing. Not to mention Mark saved us a ton of money on medicines the vets kept prescribing.
I would love to say that place is absolutely amazing as is mark and his staff after saying that me amd my family rescued marley he was so excited and gave us free snacks and medicine to make his skin better we love you guys and thank you so much for everything
