It's a very lovely place. Apartments are well kept.
I am new to Georgia and this is the first place I’ve stayed since being here. I absolutely love it! Everyone in the leasing office is so sweet and helpful. I love Melissa, Brie, and Elasia. They have made my stay here the best! I am going to be so sad to leave due to work. But I highly recommend anyone looking for the perfect place to call home to come visit and tour. My favorite amenity personally is the area is quiet. Easy to make home ✨
My daughter moved out and they changed her address to their office address instead of leaving it as is for mail to be forwarded by the post office result in her not receiving a final bill and a collection notice that they would not call back. Nor did we receive the usual email notices. The office does not return calls nor reply if you select yes to text. And if by chance you do speak to anyone they are incompetent, not nice and rude. not very clean, lots of break ins with cars, apartments overpriced , gate always broken, bugs, dog shit everywhere, random additional fees to rent, can’t get ahold of maintenance, people in office are very unprofessional…overall do not rent here, worst year renting so far
Elasia provided outstanding customer service and consistently went above and beyond to help with any issues, even outside of regular business hours.
