Actually absurd wait time to see a family doctor. The administration is just bonkers, my doctor is fine but the process to speak with them or someone in the clinic is a nightmare when I need assistance ASAP Have to wait 24 hours to get a quick call back, miss it but call within the minute & now on hold for almost 3 hours?! There's zero patience on the admin side either and I was put back on hold in 20 seconds. Call ended automatic after waiting another 30minutes.
