They were very easy to work with. Nicholas and James were great, and they all got the deal for a used truck done pretty quickly. No hardball, wear you down and stall out tactics. I really appreciated that after I drove an hour to get here. The truck in question was lucky to make it home and my normal mechanic is quoting thousands of dollars of obvious problems. James and I are now working out taking care of this situation. I will update this review when the dealership covers repairs or I get my trade in back.
