I was struggling with depression symptoms for almost 12 years when I found Brian on Psychology Today. Brian’s treatment was an essential component to my recovery. He provides great insight and guidance. He also became a great resource for parenting my two younger boys. I have had a few hypnosis sessions with Brian as well, which were very beneficial in changing some of my negative thought patterns to more positive ones.
