Dr Zgonis and his entire medical team are awesome. From the front desk administrators and nurses to all the doctors on staff. I met Dr Zgonis and Dr Gommato in the hospital in December 2022. They explained the procedure I was going to have on my foot and about all the other procedures that were to follow . I was in a head-on collision in 2006. After three surgeons wanted to amputate my right foot, Dr. Zgonis was able to save my foot. He has GREAT dr. bedside manors, listens and explains everything you want to know.

I ARRIVED AT DR THOMAS ZGONIS OFFICE & MY RIGHT FOOT & TOE WAS SWOLLEN. I WAS IMMEDIATELY ADMITTED TO METHODIST HOSPITAL IN SAN ANTONIO TEXAS I JUAN GRABIEL PENA UNDER WENT TWO SURGERY THE AFFECTION WAS DRAINED & SOME PARTIAL TOE BONE WAS REMOVED. MY FOOT & TOE WAS SAVED FROM BEING AMPUTATED. AMAZING WHAT A MIRACLE. I COULDN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH IT THE 1ST TIME I EVER SEEN FRESH SKIN ON MY DIABETIC WOUND ULCER
I shattered my heal back around 2009. Went to several drs they wanted to just put a cast on it. Met Dr Zgonis and he suggested mending it back together. It worked and to this day it feels great! He saved me from a life of pain. Thank you. Highly recommend this Dr.
I have an ankle problem due to childhood polio. Dr. Zgonis worked with me to get an ankle brace made, thus reducing my balance problems. He is a very nice man who listens and answers questions. The appointment doesn’t last a long time, but everything is addressed so I have no complaints.
excellent Podiatrists! Very helpful, friendly, staff is excellent in followups. Went beyond what was necessary in my care. I would HIGHLY recommend him.
