Dr. Youm is one of the greatest doctors I have ever worked with. He is highly skilled, compassionate, confident and capable. After two laparoscopic hip surgeries with Dr. Youm, I am finally pain free and active, as if I never had a tear. Highly recommend!!

Came in referral from my PCP of almost 20 years. Dr Youm was efficient and approachable, clear and explained the weakening of the muscles aligning my patella very clearly. He kept it real regarding orthotics and what options I have within my cost considerations. He explained details to me three different ways, without prompting, and confirmed I understood everything. He was personable, professional, matter of fact, and gave off a dependability without arrogance which I appreciate.
Seemed nice initially, but bedside manner/attitude fell off a cliff during subsequent appointment which is what ultimately led me not to feel comfortable continuing to see this provider (rushed/defensive/borderline hostile in tone and body language). Seemed like a smart, knowledgeable guy for what it's worth. The practice (staff, materials, communications) gives the impression of being rough around the edges, not inspiring in confidence. Disappointing experience as I had high hopes based on his qualifications.
