Thomas Wynne allows smoking in the units. If you're unlucky enough to live above a chain smoker, as I am, your apartment will be filled with smoke. In this day and age, what are the owners thinking? Can they not require smokers to smoke outside? Until they do, do not rent here.
Thomas Wynne allows smoking in the units. I live above a chain smoker, and my apartment is filled with smoke. If you care about your health, do not live here. The owners could easily require smokers to smoke outside to protect the rest of us, but they choose not to. What are they thinking? Do not rent here.
Beautiful apartments with great management, but the owners let tenants smoke in their units. Secondhand smoke is a problem here. Until the owners change the smoking policy, can't recommend.
This is the best Apt I have even stayed! I stayed here for 2.5 years and have to leave for doing research outside the US. It is the most spacious apt in Mainline area with elevator (which is good for moms like me). The staff and manager here are very nice and mantainese people come to fix your problem super fast! They have 24/7 office hours so you can always call them if you have problems. They have concrete walls so you will not hear neighbors unless they make loud noise.
