There is only one word that can express the treatment you receive from Dr. Pappas and it is EXCELLENT! Extremely professional, empathetic and knowledgeable.
Dr. Pappas lives and breaths the Hippocratic oath. After almost 50 years in the pharma industry I've met thousands of physicians. Very few meet the standards of this exceptional cardiologist. I'm at a loss to explain how he does it. Between his office hours, the OR and late night personal follow up calls he must work 12-14 hours or more every day. Without a doubt the best cardiologist on Long Island and anywhere else, old school care and concern for his patients and always calls to follow up with you even late evenings and weekends you don’t get this kind of care from just anyone. Been a patient since 1996 and still going strong thanks to Dr. Pappas. Highly recommend.
Dr. Pappas has been exceptionally compassionate, patience, thoughtful and he takes his job with respect and love for his patience and not business as usual. His follow ups have been flawless and don't be surprise when he calls you at 10:00 PM despite his busy schedule. He is an outstanding doctor and human being.
