Dr. Thomas is very careful and does great work. I really trust him to work on my teeth. The front desk is run great, I never have to worry about dealing with insurance, they handle it perfectly. The hygenists are nice and good at cleanings. They don't shove floss between your teeth like they're trying to cut your face in half and then complain about your gums bleeding like they do at other dentistst, here they are gentle with the floss. The only bad thing is that they are not open every day of the week.
I've been going to Dr. Williams for years, and took a break for 3 years moving out of state, and then returning. They were able to get me appointments for my entire family in short notice. I have been to other dentists, and Dr. Williams is an honest and intelligent dentist. They don't try and oversell like other firms. His ability to diagnose troubling issues is very good. They are great with kids and adults. I wish them continued success.
Be careful! A 5 mintues teeth clean is claimed as DEEP CLEAN, and the charge is around $400 at least.
