Your response is totally incorrect. You were in the building when I pulled in the parking lot. You walked out and asked the other guy who pulled in first. He pointed at the lady who had exited her car. I let him know I pulled in 1st and he shrugged. When I asked you if I could be serviced first since I pulled in first, you told me we would all be done around the same time. It took about an hour start to finish.
