The people were great but the treatment was ineffective, costly, and not what was discussed. Went in for neck pain and was told I needed two blocks before insurance would approve ablation. I had the two blocks done, paying hundreds out of pocket each time and had to go in to schedule the ablation. Each time you go in it's another office visit and more out of pocket for them to take your temperature and blood pressure and schedule the next step - LITERALLY!
