We had a poor experience with the Raleigh office. My parents paid upfront to Stacy Walters for estate services. She retired and it took several months to get the documents from a different lawyer. We had follow up questions and were supposed to get some final revisions. Phone calls and email have been ignored since January. I would not recommend any company that treats clients in this way.
