Dr. Waller is not only my heart Dr. but also cares for my husband Larry. We have had numerous appointments and hospital stays since coming to his practice. Both of us are certain we a receiving the finest care possible. It is not often that you can relax when dealing with heart issues. We never leave his office without knowing we are getting the best available. Larry & I highly recommend you make an appointment with Dr.Thomas Waller with BSW for any heart concerns!
Dr. Waller was my husband's cardiologist beginning about 9 years ago when my husband had a heart attack and went to the Heart hospital in Plano. Dr. Waller was very nice and personable but as years went by, we began to wonder why he wasn't doing any testing on biannual visits. This summer, my husband had a 2nd heart attack. He never returned any of our calls, nor did he respond to the cardiologist that treated my husband at the hospital. Thankfully my husband is fine, but no thanks to Dr. Waller.
In my opinion, Dr. Thomas Waller is the best Cardiologist at Baylor, Scott & White. He is friendly, patient, easy-going, and solidly responsive to my health needs and/or fears. He has pulled me through several serious medical issues throughout the years and I am living a strong, healthy life today as a result of his most knowledgeable care. Thank you, Dr. Waller!!
Dr. Waller is everything you would want in a specialist. He is knowledgeable on current treatment techniques. A very good listener. He takes his time to explain in common terms what is happening, what is going to happen and the plan for improvement. His staff is great. I recommend Dr. Waller without any reservations!
Dr. Waller has been an amazing doctor. He has taken his time to get to know me and understand my symptoms. He is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, and he always takes me seriously and is never dismissive. The office is also top-notch, and everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and quick to respond. I would recommend him to anyone looking for cardiovascular care!
