Sadly, my daughter and I have had the need for auto body repairs (through no fault of ours�). My insurance recommended Thomas Waldron Carstar. I went with my car and was greeted warmly. They walked me through every step. They arranged the rental to be brought there and I could drop it off there too. When my vehicle was done (It was done when promised), I went to get it. This place is horrible. If you’re looking for insurance fraud then this is the place to go. The paint job was horrible, my spare tire cover was ripped (and the new one they purchased to replace it was also ripped) my rear windshield was supposed to be removed and reinstalled after replacing my back door but they didn’t do that as if we wouldn’t notice that our fucking stickers were missing. This shop handled my car in a perfect manner. Courteous from the beginning and followed through with a great repair and paint job. Finally when I picked it up it was even detailed well with cleaner wheels than I’ve been able to match. Go here with no worries. I’ve been in the auto and truck business for Almost 50 years and this is where I will go again for body work.
I was in an accident at the beginning of the month, contacted my insurance company, and they suggested Carstar. I went to Waldron's, met with the appraiser, and had my rental in under 20 minutes. My car had extensive damage but 8 days later, I have my car and when I say that I am impressed, I truly mean it. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and to the point. Brought my 2012 GMC Terrain in to Thomas Auto Body here in Worcester and was amazed how well the customer service was! They fixed my car in a timely manner and were so friendly. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. I would certainly recommend this shop for my friends and family. Thanks again guys :)

These people are cold. No human emotion or consideration....they are always acting defensive like you the customer may be there to screw THEM over. Ha. So a little backstory......a few months back my wife hit some piece of debris on the highway which caused some damage to the front end. We brought our car to this garage and when we got it back it seemed fine. Have had more then one experience with the shop. First time, outside of the lengthy amount of time it took to get body work done, I didn't have too many complaints. Second time, with a different car, Myself and my boyfriend had several issues. It went in with damage to the front end of the car. The day the car was taken off the lot and driven on the highway, the entire front bumper fell off. Pulled over to realize it wasn't snapped back into place.
