These fools keep sending my children bills first class mail for missing an appointment saying there’s a 35 dollar fee for missing. First off they messed up the appointment time and day they scheduled it for the day after there mom had major surgery so she wouldn’t have setup the appointments for the day after considering she was bed ridden. They messed up on there end. She had set it up or two weeks later then the day they suggested. RecommendedI was going to Dr Sanders for years and loved him. We moved to Sac for 4 yrs and we went to a few different optometrists and was never happy. So thankful to be back in YC to return to Dr Sanders. He’s also great with kids

I made an appt and got days mixed up. Life happens. And they want to charge me an extra $35 for a fee they NEVER told me would happen if I missed an appt. I didn't mean to I got my days messed up and cant wave a one time fee!
I love that he takes the time to answer your questions and your important to him and his staff is the best friendly and helpful....
